- in case of cancellation if the race-bib has been purchased, the race-bib cannot be refunded and moved to the following year
- in case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the deposit will be returned, after which it will be retained
- in case of cancellation with SCALAPAY installment payment: within 30 days of arrival 5% of the deposit will be retained and the remainder will be returned, otherwise the amount of the entire deposit will be retained
- in case of early departure the stay must be paid in full
