| The Chef loves pampering guests with the typical foods of the Romagna Riviera, paying special attention to people with food intolerances and, despite not having certification, to coeliacs. The pasta, flatbread and desserts are homemade, according to tradition, and there is plenty of fish from the Adriatic, as well as the best meats and fresh vegetables. If you want to stay on the beach at lunchtime, take advantage of the “lunch on the beach” service and enjoy the best of the daily menu with your feet in the sand. Every week, a Romagna evening is organised, during which, tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce is served, along with grilled meats and flatbread. For the children you can request personalised meals, from baby food for weaning to more tasty menus; high chairs and children’s plates, glasses, cutlery and place mats are also available in the dining room.
