| The food is Hotel Venezia’s strong point and, not by chance, it is highly renowned and much-loved by guests. The dishes are based on traditional Abruzzo cuisine, enhanced by local olive oil and served at the table: every day, a choice of menus is offered, based on fresh fish and high quality local meats, a buffet of hot and cold seasonal vegetables and delicious homemade desserts, as well as menus created especially for children. Among the dishes not to be missed, there are Chitarrine alla Tortoretana, lasagna, cannelloni of the house, spaghetti with clams and mixed fried fish. Water, Coca Cola, Fanta, Lemonade, iced tea, beer and coffee are always included with meals. Once a week, the hotel organises an outdoor evening, with tastings of typical products and music. In July and August there is always live music. |
