The restaurant room at Hotel Soraya overlooks the seafront. Here, you start each day with a rich buffet breakfast, featuring homemade cakes, tarts and pastries, served with different types of milk, including lactose-free and almond milk, very fresh yoghurt, fruit juices, jams and honey. For those who love savoury flavours, cold cuts, cheeses and eggs are also available.
For both lunch and dinner, you can choose every day from 3 different menus, with dishes combining national specialities and Marche flavours, including both meat and fish options. Chef Stefano personally selects many of the products used in the kitchen, bringing taste, freshness and top-quality ingredients to the table, such as EVO oil. The cuisine also offers dedicated solutions for guests with food intolerances.
Children also receive plenty of attention at mealtimes, with dedicated menus designed around their tastes: pasta with tomato sauce, ragù or butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, cutlets, chicken breast and meatballs. If you are on holiday with a baby, you have access to an equipped corner where you can prepare baby food independently, with vegetable broth and fresh vegetable purée always available.
One of the most eagerly awaited moments is the Sunday Marche lunch, a true journey through the flavours of the local area: starters, two first courses, two main courses, side dishes, cremini, the unmissable olive all’ascolana — a symbol of Piceno and Marche cuisine — dessert and final toast, all accompanied by a convivial and authentic atmosphere.
