Here, each day begins with a buffet breakfast featuring quality products from small local producers: cakes, tarts, and homemade pastries, accompanied by several types of milk, including lactose-free and almond milk, fresh yoghurts, fruit juices, assorted jams, and fragrant honeycomb. For those who prefer a savoury breakfast, cold cuts, cheeses, and freshly prepared options are also available. The kitchen gives special attention to the dietary needs of coeliac guests.

At lunch and dinner, guests can choose each day from 3 first courses and 3 main courses, accompanied by a generous buffet of local vegetables. Among the most popular specialities are olive all’ascolana (stuffed and fried olives) and lasagnetta (baked pasta), dishes that reflect local tradition and appeal to both adults and children. Twice a week, the hotel serves fried fish made with the freshest catch, while Thursdays feature a mussel starter and Sundays a traditional regional lunch.

Dedicated dishes are prepared for children, simple and tasty options such as pasta with tomato sauce, meat sauce, butter and Parmesan, breaded cutlets, chicken breast, and meatballs. If you are on holiday with toddlers, the hotel provides a fully equipped area where you can prepare baby food independently.
