At lunch and dinner, you can taste some excellent typical Gargano cuisine: the dishes are freshly cooked every day and top quality ingredients are used, preferably seasonal and local, like the extra virgin olive oil we make ourselves, fruit and vegetables from local farmers and delicious mussels and oysters from Lake Varano. Water, wine and beverages are included with meals.
