The interior landscape is very interesting, starting with the lush hills popular with cyclists, to the massive “Gran Sasso of Italy” mountain offering breathtaking views and the National Park of Abruzzo. The old villages are also exceptionally beautiful, among which the Civitella del Tronto stands out with its fortress, and many other picturesque villages, all to see and enjoy, thanks to their summer festivals.
